Q. How do I Order?
- Select the products you need and place them in your Shopping Cart
- Click the “CHECKOUT” button to continue to the Account screen.
- Create an account by entering your contact information and creating a password.
- If you have ordered from us before, please use your [e-mail address] and password
to sign in on this page.
- Click the “CONTINUE” button to proceed to the “REVIEW YOUR INFORMATION” page.
- Review your information, then click the “SUBMIT” button.
- Thank you!
Q. Why do I need to create an account?
A. Your contact and shipping information will be saved to ensure fast and accurate
shipping, and so that you do not have to re-enter it for future orders. You can
return at any time to see your order history. You can also save your shopping session
in progress and return to it later.

A. Orders are sent directly to your home with free shipping.**

Q. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A. To view the status of your order, please log in with your username and password.
From there, click on the “Order Status & Shipment Tracking” link under the Transactions
category to see ship date and tracking numbers.

Q. How will my supplies be shipped?
A. Orders are discreetly packaged to maintain your privacy unless noted in the product
description.
Returns
Q. What if I need to return a product?
A. Liberty offers a 100% No-Risk Satisfaction Guarantee*! If for any reason you
are not completely satisfied with any Liberty product, you may return it to Liberty
for up to 90 days from shipment date. Contact a Customer Service representative
at 1-888-675-1251 for information about returning a product.

Q. What if I have Medicare or other insurance?
A. Please visit
www.libertymedicalspecialties.com for your medical supply needs. A Liberty
representative can call you to let you know if your insurance plan covers the cost
of your supplies.

Q: What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

After entering your username and answering your secret question, your password will
immediately be emailed to you.
Q: Why is my order not being accepted?
A: Any order of at least $25 should be accepted. If you are ordering more than $25
worth of supplies but your order is still not being accepted, please call Liberty
Customer Service at 1-888-675-1251 for assistance.
Q. What is the status of my order?
A. To view the status of your order, please log in using your username and password.
Then, click on the “Order Status & Shipment Tracking” link under the Transactions
category to see ship date and tracking numbers. If you prefer, you can talk with
a Liberty Medical representative by calling 1-888-675-1251.

Q. Can I place my order entirely over the phone instead of creating an online account?
A. Yes. Simply call 1-888-675-1251 to speak with a Liberty representative, Monday
through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Eastern
Time).
